We submit all applicable HOA paperwork for review and approval of your fencing project, and assist as needed for those who live within a community that requires the paperwork to be submitted by the owner.
Upon receipt of your HOA approval, we will install your fencing within 3 business days, weather permitting.
3 Day Fence
Live in St. Johns, Duval, or Clay County? We will install your new fence within 3 days after approval from your HOA, excluding special order items, weather permitting.
Lifetime Warranty
Also, you'll get a Lifetime Warranty on material and workmanship for all vinyl/PVC and aluminium fencing.
We Handle Your HOA
Furthermore, we will handle the HOA application for you. Within each community managed by an HOA, there are certain requirements that must be met to receive approval for your fencing project. We will submit your application in a timely fashion once we have received all required documentation. However, some communities require that the owner of the property submit their application and in this case we will assist with the paperwork.
