Within each community managed by an HOA, there are certain requirements that must be met to receive approval for your fencing project. We will submit your application in a timely fashion once we have received all required documentation. However, some communities require that the owner of the property submit their application and in this case we will assist with the paperwork.

I would highly recommend this company, would give more than 5 stars if we could 😊 Jared & Brandon are great. Jared came & looked at the job & gave us a reasonable quote & said they would be back to do the job in one to two weeks & they held true to that & called the day before to let us know they would be out the next morning. They arrived got right to work installing two gates and one solid panel all 6’vinyl & took down and hauled off old fence. Total job took about 4 hours. Looks great & we were very happy with the whole process.

After having our fence for nearly 5 years, we needed some repairs to our gate due to wind damage over the years. I contacted them and they sent someone out and they just fixed it, no questions asked and no charge!! It is so refreshing to see a company stand by their work and provide customer service years after the original job!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

They did a great job and we are very pleased with the results. They were very patient working with our HOA on approval. They did exactly as we asked and guided us in the whole process. We were originally going to just get wood but they showed us vinyl was a very affordable option. The fence looks awesome!

Dan and Jared were awesome. Professional, realistic, no BS, no bait and switch. They delivered on what they promised. It’s hard to find lifetime warranty on parts and labor. Last year American Fence and Railing did an outstanding job in the installation of white vinyl fencing around our entire back and side yards. And it's still looking great. It included 6 foot and 10 foot high sections, 2 separate lockable gates, and even a dedicated pen for trash bins and a generator. From start to finish Jared Siedow and his team did everything possible to deliver quality workmanship. The removal of an old wood fence was done quickly and all debris removed with consideration for neighbors on 3 sides. They took great care in surfacing the 4 corner monuments marking our property lines. They recommended some design layout enhancements and partially enclosed 2 propane tanks for improved concealment. The 2 large lockable gates were also installed meticulously. 10 foot gates are tricky because they often need some adjustment after the installation due to settling. And to my great relief, they kept at it until it was trouble-free. I ran into the owner Dan this week who was visiting a neighbor doing an installation, and his first words to me were "Jared is across the street today — just let him know if you need anything." This is a shop that stands behind everything they do for the life of the fence, and I could not ask for more. Thank you American Fence for exceeding my highest expectations! Mercy J.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail and the quality of their workmanship the stage down they did so i wouldn’t lose my lake view looks so good. Jared truly cared about my concerns with losing my lake view and made sure it was done correctly. Every post, panel, and gate was installed with care and precision especially the gate it’s extremely sturdy and it’s the smoothest gate I’ve ever opened it’s clear they take real pride in what they do. The finished fence looks fantastic and has completely transformed my yard. And they stand by their work which made the whole thing even better.

American Fence was recommended to me by friends who had used their services, and I am pleased to pass that recommendation on to others. As a recent widow, it is a challenge to find services like this where I feel comfortable that I've made a good choice for the equipment and installation. With American Fence, I never doubted that I'd made the best choice possible. It wasn't inexpensive, but a very fair price, given the various bids I got.

We will submit your application in a timely fashion once we have received all the required documentation.

However, some communities require that the owner of the property submit their application and in this case, we will assist with the paperwork.
