Within each community managed by an HOA, there are certain requirements that must be met to receive approval for your fencing project. We will submit your application in a timely fashion once we have received all required documentation. However, some communities require that the owner of the property submit their application and in this case we will assist with the paperwork.
Live in St. Johns, Duval, or Clay County? We will install your new fence within 3 days after approval from your HOA, excluding special order items, weather permitting.

I 100% recommend American Fencing. We hired them to replace our old wood fence with a new vinyl fence with gates. They were on time, easy to contact, installed quality materials. Jared, Brandon and Dan were very focused on satisfying their customer (me). They were great to deal with and I received and a very great vinyl fence with a lifetime warranty on Material and Labor. They use virgin vinyl panels and 9 foot post. When you touch and look at the installed fence you can see the quality. They are proud of their work and I am proud of my new fence!

This fence was installed in April 2025. It does exactly what a fence should do. But yesterday, it “exceeded expectations” when that little thunderstorm that went through my area around 5:30 caused a Holly tree to split at the base. This is a great installation job IMHO. Just wanted to share. Now to get that tree down.

I needed my gate repaired on my fence that faces the pond in my backyard. The guys that mow my lawn keeps damaging it. Bringing their lawnmower in and out. The original company that installed my fence went out of business. I called a couple of companies. Jared from American Fence and Railing called back the next day. He went and looked at my fence. The American Fence team were absolutely professional, trustworthy, and efficient from the beginning to end. They were patient with us as we dealt with our HOA to get approval, and had a near immediate reponse to all emails and inquiries we had. Upon installation day, they arrived promptly and installed the fence in our backyard in less than 2 days, even working in the rain to get it done. This was very important to us as we were just about to have our furniture moved in, and between two dogs and a newborn we wanted the peace of mind of having a fence installed. I would highly recommend this company, would give more than 5 stars if we could 😊 Jared & Brandon are great. Jared came & looked at the job & gave us a reasonable quote & said they would be back to do the job in one to two weeks & they held true to that & called the day before to let us know they would be out the next morning. They arrived got right to work installing two gates and one solid panel all 6’vinyl & took down and hauled off old fence. Total job took about 4 hours. Updating our review with even more great experience with American Fence and Railing! After having our fence for nearly 5 years, we needed some repairs to our gate due to wind damage over the years. I contacted them and they sent someone out and they just fixed it, no questions asked and no charge!! It is so refreshing to see a company stand by their work and provide customer service years after the original job!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! They did a great job and we are very pleased with the results. They were very patient working with our HOA on approval. They did exactly as we asked and guided us in the whole process. Last year American Fence and Railing did an outstanding job in the installation of white vinyl fencing around our entire back and side yards. And it's still looking great. It included 6 foot and 10 foot high sections, 2 separate lockable gates, and even a dedicated pen for trash bins and a generator. From start to finish Jared Siedow and his team did everything possible to deliver quality workmanship. The removal of an old wood fence was done quickly and all debris removed with consideration for neighbors on 3 sides. They took great care in surfacing the 4 corner monuments marking our property lines. They recommended some design layout enhancements and partially enclosed 2 propane tanks for improved concealment. The 2 large lockable gates were also installed meticulously. 10 foot gates are tricky because they often need some adjustment after the installation due to settling. And to my great relief, they kept at it until it was trouble-free. I ran into the owner Dan this week who was visiting a neighbor doing an installation, and his first words to me were "Jared is across the street today -- just let him know if you need anything." This is a shop that stands behind everything they do for the life of the fence, and I could not ask for more. Thank you American Fence for exceeding my highest expectations! Mercy J.

Live in St. Johns, Duval, or Clay County? We will install your new fence within 3 days after approval from your HOA, excluding special order items, weather permitting.

We Handle Your HOA

We will handle the HOA application for you. Within each community managed by an HOA, there are certain requirements that must be met to receive approval for your fencing project.

We will submit your application in a timely fashion once we have received all the required documentation.

However, some communities require that the owner of the property submit their application and in this case, we will assist with the paperwork.
