From the initial call into our office, until your fencing project is completed, we always treat our customers with professional courtesy.

We always try to accommodate our customer’s requests, such as staying within their budget by offering alternatives if necessary, or by providing pricing off of their property survey if meeting on the job site is not convenient.
We offer financing if needed, understanding that such an investment may not always be easy to budget.
We submit all applicable HOA paperwork for review and approval of your fencing project, and assist as needed for those who live within a community that requires the paperwork to be submitted by the owner.
Upon receipt of your HOA approval, we will install your fencing within 3 business days, weather permitting.
Live in St. Johns, Duval, or Clay County? We will install your new fence within 3 days after approval from your HOA, excluding special order items, weather permitting.
Also, you’ll get a Lifetime Warranty on material and workmanship for all vinyl/PVC and aluminium fencing.
Furthermore, we will handle the HOA application for you. Within each community managed by an HOA, there are certain requirements that must be met to receive approval for your fencing project. We will submit your application in a timely fashion once we have received all required documentation. However, some communities require that the owner of the property submit their application and in this case we will assist with the paperwork.
Moreover, we install fences with an eye on Florida storms. That means using better quality materials, bigger diameter and depth footings with twice as much concrete than the average install. All efforts designed to give your fence a fighting chance against hurricanes.
