American Fence and Railing did an excellent job installing a new white vinyl fence at a second home we own. This is the second time we’ve used American Fence and Railing for our fence needs. Jared, their sales person, was great to work with when coordinating the job, to include accommodating some last minute changes to the fence design. Jared, along with Brandon, also installed the fence. They did a very professional job removing an old wooden picket fence, preparing the site for the new fence, installing the new white vinyl fence, and cleaning up the job site when finished. Knowledgeable and professional team. Quality work. Quality product.I needed a backyard fence fast. I found American Fence and Railing on line Friday night. Jared called me first thing Saturday morning and met me an hour or so later to see the job site. He told me they could complete the job on Thursday. Brandon and Jared showed up on time, communicated progress to me, and finished just as they had promised to do. From initial contact to completion, my job was done in less than a week. And I’m very happy with the end product.

My fence was installed almost four years ago and was very well done. About two weeks ago the owner of the vacant rental property next to me decided to have five trees cut down, but not by a professional tree service. Three of the five trees hit my fence causing some damage and came over into my yard. Jarrod and I have been in contact since this happened. Once the trees were down and gone, Jarrod made arrangements to come out and replace the two top rails that were damaged. He advised me along the way on this issue and returned phone calls and texts in a timely manner. He was here today and replaced the two damaged rails. From day 1 these guys were extremely professional, very responsive and aimed to please. On my initial inquiry, I had a great conversation with the owner and had a good feeling, so I set up to get a quote. A few days later I met with Jared and explained our wants and needs with our very unique property sloping towards a lake. Keeping our doodle puppy in, while making it visually pleasing and top level were our main priorities. He assured me they would deliver and deliver they did! Outstanding experience with our black aluminum fence install. The entire process was met with patience and professionalism to ensure we got the fence installed where and how we wanted. From start to finish American Fence and Rail was a pleasure to work with. They were not the lowest estimate nor the highest. But they were the best! Jared came out to give me an estimate and explained my best options with no pressure to close a deal at that time. I was originally looking for a wood fence but decided on Vinyl for the look and the warranty even though it was higher priced. There crew arrived on time. They were neat and professional and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Many compliments from the neighbors! One additional note. Our neighborhood was hit by severe storms on the 2nd day of installation. There workers without being asked went to work cutting up the storm debris and helped clear our property! Many thanks!

American Fence and Railing (AFR) recently installed a black, anodized aluminum, picket rail fence around the perimeter of our and both my neighbors property.From the sales staff all the way down to the labor crew, we were made comfortable and reassured by AFR's professionalism and courtesy.Sales staff arrived on site and met with all homeowners to gain insight on our needs and intents for this project. After establishing a scope of work, AFR told us they have extensive experience dealing with HOAs and HOA approval processes. A quote for the project was timely delivered to us in a format that met our needs as this was a tri-party agreement. A meeting of the minds was achieved at which point we executed contracts and provided deposits for stockpile and storage of materials. The price for the work was found to be extremely reasonable as it was only 40% greater than the quote from the developer to do only 1 home - we did 3.AFR requested copies of the property Sketch & Legal / Boundary Survey, and they prepared all necessary documents for HOA approval. This was also handled promptly and accurately.After receiving HOA approval, we were placed on schedule in less than 1 week.On the day of construction, the superintendent was first on site at 0800 with work crew arriving shortly thereafter. The superintendent again reviewed the plan with all interested parties, and he also communicated any special needs and specific site requirements to the crew. He also made certain we had his contact info should issues arise.The crew proceeded to complete the work in a neat and respectful manner adhering to the plans provided. There was absolutely no need to discuss site restoration or clean up. You would have thought the crew was working on their own homes.As a Professional Civil Engineer, I demand attention to detail and contractual requirements. My most recent experience was great. A neighbors trampoline hit my fence causing a break. American Fence and Rail was out a few days later to perform the repair. They are always fast and curious.

Great Service!.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Received a same day quote and the owner was able to accommodate me in short notice (thank you again ☺️) Installers showed up on the date early and completed the job in 1 day. Jared was extremely patient, He answered all our questions and explained everything we asked about. They did a wonderful job.

After interviewing and reading reviews on many fecing companies, we decided to go with American Fencing & Railing. They did not have the lowest bid. They did however, have the best reviews.They also have very , very good sales manager in Jared. We were very happy that he was there from start to finish. If you're thinking of putting up a fence, don't sign any contract with anyone till you get a qoute from Jared of American Fence. They may not be lowest bidder but from my expirience you'll be absolutely satisfied with their craftsmaship and quality of materials. Jared is so personable and straight shooter. What they promised is what I've got, great work, great product and overall an excellent company to do bussiness with. Most highly recommended.

This company has the best price and did initially get out quickly. HOWEVER, since July I have been trying to contact them in reference to a fence repair with "warranty " that is supposed to be on the fence as well as I wanted a quote to add additional fencing. They came once said my gate was functional and it was fine... absolutely not it was propped up with a bucket!! I havr my security camera footage that it wasn't working properly on its own!. I have left messages, offered it's ok to text or email! Absolutely nothing . So if you just need a fence up and never use the warranty or want additional work go ahead.Fast forward, Jared (who was my original sales person) came back to the team from some sort of leave and has made everything right and helped me out so much!! He was very prompt and polite. Jared for the win!!! With that being said Jared has the 5 star!

This company was the best, called back on time, even with the weather going south got the job finished and helped out a neighbor, Jared was a joy to work with and the owner San came by twice to introduce himself and to check over the job, their crew was polite also and hard workers, would highly recommend this company .

I got a great estimate from this company. It was lower than everyone else and they seem to have a really good product. The sales rep seems super knowledgeable and very responsive. However, I was told I was going to receive a phone call with an installation date and I didn’t. I happen to be out of town the weekend in which they showed up to put up the fence. My fiancé happened to be home so we gladly accepted and they put up the fence. No worries there. However, when I got home, I realized that one of the latches on one of the gates was installed upside down, making it almost impossible to close the gate normally. I called the company nothing happened. I didn’t even get a callback. I gave up on that because I figured it’s not a big deal and I can live with an upside down latch. Fast forward two years later I need to make a quick change to my Fence because the HOA needs me to hide my trailer. I thought it would be an easy fix of just replacing one gate and putting up a wider one. I have called this company more than 10 times over the last week and though their message says they will respond as soon as possible. I have yet to receive a response. It has been extremely frustrating. My Fence has a lifetime warranty but now I’m worried that if something happens with my fence, I won’t be able to reach the company in order to take Advantage of said warranty.EDITED 3/14: The owner took the time to personally call me and explain the situation. That goes a long way in my eyes. I edited by review score because it was a valid reason and I now understand the gap in communication.Great company and I love their work.

We are very happy with our new white vinyl fence. It went up in just two days and while there were a few glitches along the way, all requested changes were made and things adjusted as needed. We're glad we chose vinyl to replace the old wood fence - it certainly has brightened up the yard.

We just moved here from California with our two Goldendoodle dogs. We love our new house and our neighborhood, but couldn't let them go outside off leash until we could get a fence installed. We needed to keep gators out and dogs in. We also plan to put in a pool right away, so needed to comply with both perimeter fence requirements and pool safety requirements. American Fence and Railing did a great job surveying our project so I could quickly get HOA approval. They assisted with zero interest financing options. The project began quicker than I expected. I was completed in a single day. The work crew (4 men) worked tirelessly in Florida heat. I don't even think they took a break. We are very pleased with the fence and our dogs LOVE their new yard. I highly recommend this company for your vinyl fence . We bought in a new home development in Green Cove Springs that is an HOA. Jared helped me with getting the fence approved through the HOA before we closed on the house and literally days after we closed they installed our new fence . Couldn’t be happier with the entire process . The guys that came out and installed the fence were awesome as well .
