American Fence and Railing will handle the HOA application for you. Within each community managed by an HOA, there are certain requirements that must be met to receive approval for your fencing project. We will submit your application in a timely fashion once we have received all required documentation. However, some communities require that the owner of the property submit their application and in this case we will assist with the paperwork.
Live in St. Johns, Duval, or Clay County? We will install your new fence within 3 days after approval from your HOA, excluding special order items, weather permitting.
